By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Site Terms

Please order before 10 am (AWST) for same-day delivery. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address as redelivery will incur an extra fee.

Our experienced team will design your bouquet with the freshest, locally grown flowers and foliage in gorgeous colours and textures specified by you.

Floral Army guarantees the freshness, flower quality, style, and value of every order. Floral Army reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions to the order to ensure that your flowers are of the highest standard.

Floral Army delivers between Monday to Saturday. Floral Army does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Orders may be placed online for same-day delivery prior to 10.00 am. If you are unable to meet this cut-off time or have a specific preference or request, please call (08) 9339 8629. Floral Army will work hard to ensure orders are executed within the requested time.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred delivery times.

Floral Army delivers six days per week, with the aim deliver all orders by 4pm. We will do our best to accommodate time requests, however we cannot guarantee it. We will let you know on the day of delivery if we cannot accommodate your request. If your request is urgent, please call (08) 9339 8629.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for delivery before 10.00 am. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

If a redelivery is required due to an incorrect address that has been provided, a redelivery fee will apply.

Please enquire with the recipient (if possible) to ensure they have received their gift prior to lodging a non-delivery query.

Flowers may be returned to our store for collection if it is deemed unsafe to leave the order at the door.

If we do not deliver your order and we are at fault, we will deliver your order free of charge and provide you with a full store credit or refund.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, restaurants, funeral parlours, crematoria, and cemeteries and may be handled by a third party.

If the recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if possible, at the allocated delivery address.

Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will contact the recipient to discuss options to leave the flowers. If contact cannot be made, the flowers will be returned to Floral Army. A redelivery fee may be issued.
