Floral Army COVID 19 Update
Floral Army have made some changes to help us navigate this uncertain time. Following the latest government announcements.
- When delivering, Floral Army have implemented the following procedures.
- Orders can be placed online or via phone as normal and will be executed to our usual high standard.
- When delivering you’re blooms, our team will leave the bouquet in a safe and shady area in water and either knock or ring the doorbell and step back to a safe distance. If there is no answer, we will then call or text the phone number provided to notify the recipient that the delivery has been made.
- Our stock availability is somewhat limited as freight restrictions continue. Floral Army has always worked very closely with our local growers and suppliers to provide you with as much locally grown product as possible so this won’t affect most orders. We have however limited our style options to ‘Just Picked‘, ‘House Flowers’ and ‘Native texture’ for now as we usually rely on the imported flowers for some of our other styles.

Floral Army Deliveries
Floral Army delivers throughout the Perth metropolitan area daily. Our experienced team will design your bouquet with the freshest, locally grown flowers and foliages in gorgeous colours and textures specified by you. Simply fill in the order form below and we will take care of the rest. **Note: Please order before 10am(WST) for same day delivery. **Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address as redelivery will incur an extra fee.
Floral Army guarantees the freshness, flower quality, style and value of every order. Floral Army reserves the right to make the appropriate substitutions to the order to ensure that your flowers are of the highest standard.
Floral Army delivers between Monday to Saturday, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
Orders may be placed on-line for same day delivery prior to 10.00am. If you are unable to meet this cut-off time or have a specific preference or request please contact us by phone on (08) 9339 8629. Floral Army will work extremely hard to ensure orders are executed within the requested time. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred AM and PM delivery times.
Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
If a redelivery is required due to an incorrect address that has been provided a redelivery fee may apply.
Please enquire with the recipient (if possible) to ensure they have received their gift prior to lodging a non-delivery query. We deliver up to 5.30pm on weekdays and up to 4.00pm on Saturdays (depending on demand).
Flowers may be returned to our store for collection if it is deemed unsafe to leave the order at the door.
If we do not deliver your order and we are at fault, we will deliver your full order free of charge and provide you with a full store credit or refund.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, restaurants, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries and may be handled by a third party.
If the recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if possible at the allocated delivery address. Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact us and the flowers will be returned to Floral Army.
